Based on Single-person MoCap, 1 credit is used per frame of video. Based on Multi-person MoCap, 3 credits are used per frame of video.
There is no additional credit for using Overwrite the T-pose or Foot locking.
For example, the total number of frames for a 10-second video at 30 fps is 300 frames, so if you complete Single-person MoCap without cut-editing the video, you will pay 300 credits.
Is there an extraction priority between the plans?
Yes, the Mocap Pro plan has a faster extraction time than the Freemium plan.
The Mocap Pro plan offers faster priority on motion capture extraction, using up to 108,000 credits.
Once the 108,000 credits for the month have been used, the speed returns to standard but the extraction continues to be unlimited.
What happens when storage is full?
Free users have 1GB, Mocap Pro users have 5GB.
If 6 months have passed since the dose was exceeded, all assets can be reset.
How do you bill?
It is a subscription payment and you pay with the card you registered.
Once a month or once a year, prepaid as you choose.
How can you get an invoice?
Issue invoices through Stripe solution.
If you go to the Plan&Billing tab on Dashboard, there is a page where you can get an invoice from Stripe.
How can you cancel the paid plan?
If you cancel your subscription, MoCap Pro will remain active until expiration. After that, the Credit disappears and becomes the same as Freemium. To cancel or change your plan you can click here
How do you change your plan?
You can change your own billing cycle on Mocap Pro plan(Annually ↔︎ Monthly).
Monthly → Annually: the amount you use for the monthly plan is prorated and discounted to the annual plan amount.
Annually → Monthly: the amount It will be refunded to your Stripe balance minus the period you used. Then, the monthly payment is made and the plan is restarted.
